No faulty goods will be accepted back unless a member of staff from this company has given authority and the return reference is marked on the outside of the returned parcel and quoted on the enclosed paperwork.
Please note that clothing, footwear, rugs and horse equipment will only be handled if clean and dry. This is in accordance with current Health and Safety at Work legislation.
Please note that we do not offer goods on a sale-or-return basis and under normal circumstances goods will not be accepted for return. Goods will only be acceptable for the following reasons:
- To correct an error in delivery.
- In response to a product or batch recall instigated by a Manufacturer.
- Where products are alleged to be faulty/damaged.
